Intermediate Flamenco

This class is for those adults with prior flamenco training. Students will improve their technique through exercises and choreographies of different palos.

Bellydance Fitness

A dance movement and strength building class where you will be introduced to basic bellydance technique and learn fun dance combos. No prior experience is needed for this class. Dress comfortably and please no noisy hip scarves. 

DanceXrossFitness

DXF® – Dance Xross Fitness® is a fun, empowering, comprehensive fitness program incorporating four disciplines: dance, kickboxing, strength training, and soul line dance in a 60-minute class. DXF® keeps participants engaged by using popular and familiar music such as: Motown, Hip-Hip, Pop, Latin, African, and Soca, combined with easy-to-follow, ever-changing movement.
